Márcio combines deep Portuguese roots with more than a decade of international experience in the UK. Portuguese by birth, he began his career in Lisbon and Madeira, including service in the Portuguese Marine Special Forces, before moving into civilian security work and supporting his father's construction business: hands-on experience with buildings, trades, licensing, and getting things done in Portugal.

He then spent over ten years in the UK, across Wales and England, working as a military contractor and eventually leading large-scale facility management contracts, coordinating cleaning, catering, accommodation, maintenance, and logistics across complex sites for the Royal Air Force. That work gave him a sharp understanding of British expectations around reliability, communication, and accountability, alongside deep hands-on experience managing contractors and solving problems under pressure.

Having lived abroad himself, Márcio knows what it's like to navigate a country that isn't your own: the cultural differences in how services run, how people communicate, and how hard it can be to know who to trust. Returning to Portugal after a decade in the UK, he understands both sides: what international clients expect, and how to make things happen here. He coordinates contractors, gets quotes, arranges access, oversees work, and follows up until problems are actually resolved, always upfront, always putting the client's interests first.

Laetitia is German, raised with an international-school education that gave her an early sense of cultural nuance. She left Germany just after turning 19 to work in Spain without speaking a word of Spanish, navigating the language, paperwork, and legal work status entirely on her own. Working in tourism, she saw daily the small frictions foreigners face abroad, and learned that in many countries, things run less on fixed systems and more on who you know.

She later moved to England to study Entrepreneurship at the University of Reading, worked as a military contractor, and then as a contractor for Adobe as a Business Development Manager for Enterprise DACH. Alongside this, she built and ran her own dog-sourcing business, matching clients with the right breeder, and managed cross-border pet relocations, including her own pets, cats, hamsters, and even horses, through the added complications of Brexit and changing transport rules. She stays meticulously on top of paperwork and proactive about every detail, so moves stay as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Having relocated internationally for the third time, Laetitia knows firsthand what it takes to operate in a new country, and she understands what German clients expect: strict timelines, clear budgets, quality of service, and open communication, in a country that doesn't always run that way. That's the gap we close: chasing contractors, tracking progress, and catching problems before they become stressful. Laetitia leads on our German-speaking clients, working closely with Márcio on the Portuguese side. Her philosophy: no problem is too big, it's just a matter of finding the right solution.
