When you submit an enquiry or book a discovery call, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, moving plans and any other details you choose to share about your relocation, family, pets or property needs. When you browse our website, we may also collect analytics information as described in the Cookies section below.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare for discovery calls, create relocation plans and proposals, and coordinate services with the trusted professionals relevant to your request. Our legal basis for this is that it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a service agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this website. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them using the cookie banner shown on your first visit, you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data and reloading the page. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited and may involve your data being processed by Google in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Where necessary to deliver the services you request, we may share relevant details with members of our professional network (for example lawyers, accountants, estate agents or tradespeople). We only share what is needed for the task at hand.

Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which forwards your submission to our email inbox. We do not use Web3Forms for marketing and your submission is not retained by them beyond delivering it to us.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and retain it only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
