We do not provide legal, tax, mortgage, insurance or regulated financial advice directly. Where such advice is needed, it is provided by appropriately licensed professionals.

We do not guarantee rental income, property values, visa outcomes or the availability of any particular property or professional. We provide coordination and practical support to make your move smoother, clearer and more manageable.

Fees depend on the level of support required and are confirmed in writing before any paid work begins. A discovery call is free and carries no obligation.

Third-party professionals are engaged under their own terms. While we carefully select and coordinate our network, each professional is responsible for their own work and advice.
